Sometimes it’s hard to BE all you can BE for other people, unless you are in the army 😜. It’s great to be there for other people, catering at times even. When all you worry about is being the best for others and forget about being the best for yourself, you head down the path of possibly being taken advantage of, used, abused, basically a doormat (see keynote BE Appreciated).
Truth is if you can BE The Best to yourself, naturally you will be The Best you can BE for others as well. It’s a mirror reflection! How you are to yourself is how you will be to others!
The old saying if you can’t love yourself how the hell You gone love somebody else, thanks Rupaul. The same goes if you can’t be your best for you then you won’t have best to give to someone else. Lmao okay it doesn’t sound as good but really.
Stop running yourself raggedy trying to BE the Best for other people and putting yourself in second place. Share the first place spot by BEing The Best for yourself and then sharing your best with everyone around you! Encourage them to do the same and boom! You got first class service coming at you very soon.

Most of us like to have the last word. We should learn in many situations when we should allow the first word to be the last. Learn to BE Silent. If you have to place your hand over your mouth, do it, it’s much better than sticking your foot in your mouth!

Every year we come up with a slogan on how the new year is our year and we make resolutions to make changes that we normally break the moment we make them. We vow to quit smoking, lose weight, get a better job, cut that bitch off and make better friends, live for today and live for only us and blah blah happy new year and FAIL!

What is it with the new year traditions, and who even started this trend?

I encourage everyone this year not to set a New Years resolution and instead just BE Good to yourself daily starting NOW. Quit smoking cigarettes daily, if you happen to smoke one after quitting, quit again. Start eating healthy now and exercising more. Should you have some Popeyes the next day, so BE it, start BEing healthy again right after. Whatever it is that is holding you back from BEing Good to yourself let it go daily and day by day until that bad habit is no longer. But don’t do it for any New Years resolution trend. You don’t have to even tell anyone or post on social media about it. Just choose to BE Good to yourself and daily! Day by day, forever. And if you slip here and there BE Good to yourself and pick yourself back up. DAILY!
